how should i go about this?

i live in austin, texas and one night this summer i decided to go trolling on omegle video, after about 45 minutes of messing around i came across this really beautiful girl, and i decided to talk to her instead of troll, after a bit and we got the usual out of the way, i asked her where she was from and she said colorado, but she was in Lockhart texas for summer which is about 30 minutes south of austin, we talked a bit more and decided to hang out at a well know mall in austin the next day, a few days after and one new contact in my phone i call her and ask her out on a non casual swimming date, after meeting up and being there for about 2 hours we end up holding hands and acting like we're together, this goes on for a month and we've been on numerous dates now and yes if it helps we have had sex, i tell her that i hope im not just some summer fling and she assures me that im not and i believe her, i asked her out the second week and she told me she will date me if she moves to austin or the surrounding area, she talked to her dad about the situation and right now its a 50/50 according to him because she has probation and some obligations, she is 17 but should be off by the time she's 18 in a few months, but the main question that comes to mind is, is this just a summer fling? we've been on about 19 dates, she has introduced me to her grandma, she's stayed the night, i'v talked to her dad, met her family down here, but i just dont know at this point, what do you think?
