Directgov was available through analogue teletext pages as well as digital interactive television on Freeview channel 106 until 1 July 2010, Sky until 22 December 2010 and Virgin Media until 31 March 2011.
So no longer. But try www.gov.uk on your pc, tablet or mobile phone.
