Why does Yahoo Answers screw up so often?
On many different computers, it constantly says there's a problem. It works for 10 minutes, then it doesn't. Now I try to sign in to my email and it asks me to accept their terms of service. I click "Accept", and then asks me again and again. Does Yahoo have any competent tech people?
