-Mike Trout, the best player in the League, and he's only 20-years-old.
-Clayton Kershaw, a left-handed ace in his early 20's.
-Buster Posey. Although he's not the best catcher in the League, he's young and among the best.
As you can see, I'm going with talented youth. If I were going strictly for talent, I wouldn't pick Posey, obviously.
