    How to type lowercase a with tilde ã

    On Windows:Hold down the ALT key and type 0227 on the keypad

    On Mac OS:Hold down the Option key and press n. Release, then press a

    In HTML:ã or ã

    so based on your other answers, i'd say ã = alt 0227 or alt 227, you will have to see what works
