Does joe jonas has HIV ?

My brother told me that joe got it from donating blood and something that the needle was dirty and joe is sueing and donating it to a good cause.is it true ?if so whats the link ? Whats the whole story ?

    If that were honestly true, it'd be all over the media. Trust me, I'm a hardcore (but not TOO hardcore) Jonas fan. He doesn't have HIV, I can assure you.
