Agree or Disagree: Next season will be one of Kobe's biggest test?
Repost: Ultimately, as a Laker fan, this is the truest test of if Kobe Bryant is about being 'alpha' or being 'champion'. He's always wanted both. When he's going 5-17, will he let the other FOUR ALL-STARS do their thing, or keep chucking like those games in Detroit and Washington this year?

Thats the biggest question. If kobe wants a ring he will have to change his game. I've seen him do it for spurts at a time, but he will need to be even more uselfish. Its tough for someone to change their ways after 16 NBA seasons. But if he wants it he will.

I actually do not think this will be Kobee Bryant's biggest test. His biggest test was his fourth Championship, after the Lakers rebuilt. His second biggest test was rebuilding his image after the colorado incident. The talent that is going to surround the Black Mamba is amazing. Besides the number 1 center in the NBA, he will have a top 5 point guard in Steve Nash and a top 5 power forward in Pau Gasol and a top 15 small forward in Metta World Peace to help the Lakers to their next championship. Less talent equals bigger challenge. The talent is there.
