Did you buy a car before you were 18?

I need your help on some research. . .

If you ever bought a boat, car, motorcycle or RV, registered it, and received title in your name - BEFORE you were 18 years old - without a co-signer - would you please let me know what State you did this in?

I know this can be "legally" done in Texas, New York, and a dozen other states - I am trying to find out what other states allow someone under the age of 18 to do this - and if there is any State in the US that does not allow it.

Thank you very much for your input!

PS - I do vote for my best answers.

I was 15 when I bought my first truck, 1993 F150, and I still have it 10 years later. Still runs like a champ. I live in Michigan.

Unless you're going to be running entire time at the same time you get out of top institution, buying a contemporary car, despite that plenty help from your mum and dad, might be a monetary fear. The Mustang, certainly (till you'll however be on your mum and dad' insurance plan). When you have got a loan on a car, you ought to have collision and entire insurance plan. This can enormously expand the price. And an 18 year old riding drive with a Mustang is likely one of the such a lot highly-priced combos there may be. I knew a person inside the Air Force at tech institution. He was an 18 year old E1, making roughly 1000 dollars per 30 days. He drove a 1 year old Honda Prelude. Insurance and his car fee had been roughly 800 dollars per 30 days. You don't want to be that guy. Any of the ones autos new, or just about new probably an anchor in your fee variety. An older Mustang might no longer be that harmful (insurance plan might be low priced, and of course it might price a lot much less), of course. But if you're going to take into account that you're going to have plenty of teach prior than you get there. As for which one is best, it's stylish what you're looking for and the best way you drive. The Mustang probably fastest in a immediately line. The Mini probably fastest circular corners. The FJ probably best off-avenue, nonetheless must no longer be driven similar to the Mustang or Mini on-avenue. The Mini is bigger than an older Mustang in terms of security, a contemporary Mustang is tons within the path of it, even though. The autos you're comparing are so targeted, it becomes totally a query of option. I'd decide on the Mini, on the grounds that that I like agility.
