Avarage salary required to live in apartment with roomate?
I was just wondering what the avarage salary is needed to pay for an apartment with a roomate plus the cost of car insurance, gas, and food. Not much travel is required between work and the apartment. Im just asking the avarage. Also i live in wisconsin, the town isnt super huge, but its a decent sized town. (Separate question)----> Also what would it be with even 2 rommates instead of just one? Thanks for the help. If you need more details that i forgot just ask. Thanks.

No such thing as an average. In my town a one bedroom apartment can go as low as 500 whereas where I used to live just to rent a room in an apartment was 750-1k per month.

your signing the hire makes you susceptible to the owner, to no longer different co-tenants (until there's a clause specifying that, which looks no longer likely with the aid of fact the owner's lawyer probable drew up the hire, no longer theirs). If the owner sues you decrease than the hire with the aid of fact they have refused to pay the lease, you're caught. although, in the present circumstances, I advise that your issue belongs in relatives courtroom. with the aid of fact the quantity is extremely small, small claims courtroom seems to be substituting. You probable could desire to hunt for suggestion from an lawyer. My address it is that if the roommate(s) who're claiming the money at the instant are not your ex- and ex-superb pal, you will likely lose. As between your uninvolved roommate and you and your ex-, the uninvolved roommate is the main harmless and could probable recover from you your share of the lease that (s)he paid on your behalf to the owner. on the different hand, if the party making the declare isn't harmless [your ex- and/or ex-superb pal], you will have a case. it's going to probable take close arguing in courtroom to win it -- which shows an lawyer. of course, when you get the lawyer's estimate of ways lots it's going to value to guard you and the probabilities you will win, you're able to be able to desire to decide directly to pay. it could desire to be lots greater low priced.
