When it comes to Yahoo! fantasy baseball league, how to boost point total?
I have an all-star batting team, my pitching staff is so-so, great relievers, okay starters, yet I'm stuck in the middle of the pack. How does Yahoo! fantasy baseball keep tabs of points of each of the 12 teams in the league? I am in a non-draft league where players are assigned to teams in the beginning of the season. Is there any strategy I could use to boost my league standing?

1. There is no such thing as a non-draft league. Your players were drafted to your team. Maybe it was an auto-draft, but there was a draft of some kind.
2. It's the end of August, you are just now asking how the points are scored? What have you been looking at for the last 4 1/2 months?
3. You probably have to pass other teams in the various categories. If you are in 1st place in homeruns, and are getting 12 points for the category... then you can hit 40 more homers and it won't change your points. You are still in first place. Hard to say exactly, since you haven't told us much details, but apparently you don't know any details.
