Kicked in the stomach ?
My friend got kicked in the stomach , not that hard . But there's a red mark . Would just an ice pack make it better ?

An ice pack may reduce swelling a little bit but they will probably still have a bruise. Hope your friend is okay ;)

best to have your friend checked by a doctor. A red mark can mean anything or nothing, but possible internal unseen damage, like internal bleeding, may not show up visibly and externally for days, when damage already done may get a lot worse if untreated.
