LOL. NO
You do realize there is more than one Synagogue so there is not "The Synagogue". I have never known a Synagogue that gave loans.

My understanding is there was a tradition of helping members of Jewish church set up businesses.
Providing interest free loans would fit this tradition.
My understanding is to get the loan a business plan would have to be approved in a similar way to getting a loan from a bank.
I do not know where, if anywhere, this tradition is followed.
