Is tuscan milk the same as store brand?

Please help, I like Tuscan but wife says its the same as store brand.

    Yes, it is. All milk is regulated by federal guidelines; whole milk must contain 4 % butterfat, reduced fat about 2%, semi-skim 1.8%, low fat 1%, skim 0-.05%.

    And, guess what? Different brands of milk come out of the same tanker; I know because I used to ride with my dad when he picked milk up at farms and delivered it to the processing plant.

    They are spelled differently.
