SeneGence EyeSense! It's waterproof, smudgeproof, and not tested on animals. It stays PUT, trust me I use it.

nicely, in case you place on the eyeliner on the waterline, it is going to smudge alot . try putting it with translucent powder on the waterline and under your eye . this is going to soak up the oils and keep it longer . yet on the waterline, it extremely is often going to smudge a sprint .
