Do colleges change their mind about your college application if you report your senior year grades?
like if you apply the first day when the application window opens, and then when you're done with senior year you report your grades to the colleges?

Yes, the majority of colleges will see all of your senior grades. If you send in the application before your first semester grades come out, the school will expect you to send in something called "mid-year grade report" (your report card). Then once you are accepted, colleges will want to see your grades second-semester senior year, to make sure your grades haven't dropped too low. If they have, they might rescind your acceptance.
BUT if you apply early decision/action to a school, they won't see any senior year grades until AFTER you have been accepted. And it's highly unlikely that they drop anyone they accepted early for grades, unless you are failing classes.

Colleges will want your unweighted cumulative GPA and transcripts from beginning of freshman year to end of junior year. Once accepted it is on the contingency of your senior grades. Your acceptance can be rescinded. Usually you would need to get a F in a core subject or have your GPA drop significantly to get rescinded

All colleges will require you submit your final transcripts to prove you graduated from high school. If your grades dropped significantly, they can and often will rescind your admission. That happened to a girl on her a few years ago - she got a C in calculus and Stanford rescinded their offer. And it was too late to apply anywhere else. Don't slack off.
