For at least two days I have had constipation. I have had bloating and abdomen pains from this, but i can't pass wind/crap. It's really frustrating me because I can feel myself need to fart, but I can't!! How can I make this stop??

A warm tap water enema will provide immediate, effective relief. If the discomort is bearable and does not require quick relief, I'd suggest MiraLax.
Whatever you decide, I wish you well.

IF you are experiencing pain (not discomfort) then laxatives and enemas are contraindicated. Go to the doctor or ER.
If it is bloating and discomfort from trying to pass a hard stool (you can feel it inside the anus) than a warm water enema will provide relief in minutes.

Try Miralax. Tasteless and can go into any liquid. Drink lots of fluids, have at least 25 grams of fiber daily and exercise. Stress can really slow a woman's system down. Try to relax and not stress about it, else it is a vicious cycle. If you continue to have a problem much longer talk to your doctor. You want to be sure you don't have a blockage.
