What temperature to bake cheesecake at?
Some recipes online I've been reading say 350° and then others say that a cheesecake shouldn't be baked any hotter than 160° because anything hotter will cause it to crack.
Oh and when mixing the ingredients do I mix until just combined (still kinda of lumpy) or until the batter is completely smooth?
Thanks!

For temperature just follow the recipe. If it's a dud then at least you know not to cook it again - it's all trial and error. When mixing mix until smooth and combined. You don't want lumps when you're eating it do you?
