The system has a Serial ATA (SATA) hard drive. You can call Dell Spare Parts at 1-877-717-3355 for a price on a hard drive. You could also search the internet for the cheapest prices. They shouldn't cost that much for a Sata drive.

hard drives come in standard physical sizes 3 1/2 inch for desktop computers and 2 1/2 inch laptops you should be able to buy one at any shop that sells pc spares

Additional: no they're not to costly you should be able to pick on up for around $50 or less it depends on what size of disk you want

Make it easy on yourself and get a external HD with a USB conection so you can easly use it with your next PC.
