No, the United States has it's share of **** azz'z, but we deal with them. Our Prisons are full as we work hard to keep them darned thugs off the street. Some Cities are worst then others. Chicago is: Thug City. So my answer to you, is No. Every Country in the world has their fair share of low lives, so it is not just the United States of America. God Bless the United States.
