If i create a new PSN account on my PS3 will i still have all my downloaded games that i did on my oldaccount?

So somebody signed me out and i forgot my password and dont say "just go on forgot my password" i already tried that and it never sent an activation email. Lets focus more on the "making a new account" so my question is, can i still have all the games i did download on my old account on my new one, since its on the same PS3/Hard drive.

    Have you tried calling.Sony to get your password? And yes all downloads should there.

    Once downloaded, your games and DLC will be saved on your PS3s hard drive.

    Yep, as long as you don't delete that other account off your Ps3 then you will always have your downloaded games nd stuff :) so DON'T delete it :).
