Hot lotto win? Or loss?
My dad scanned the lottery ticket he got for the hot little twice at a gas station and both times it read "See an agent" but when we checked the numbers online it said that we won nothing. What does this mean? Should we see an agent or should we just forget it?

What did he think BEFORE he scanned the ticket? Did he look at the numbers on the ticket, then look at what were supposed to be the winning tickets, and actually think he won anything???
Seriously - the lottery is already the worst bet on the planet. If you can't look at a ticket and figure out for yourself whether or not it's a winner, then that makes it all the worse.
