Did we win the hot lotto or not?
My dad bought a ticket a day before the drawing of the hot lotto 3 million. He took the ticket into the gas station to scan and see if he won anything. It read "See an agent." Not believing it, he scanned it again and it didn't change. We went online to put in the numbers on the website and it said we hadn't won anything. What should we do?

at a guess I'd say when the ticket was scanned at the station the barcode did not read, hence - see the agent, you checked on line and nothing, sorry looks like you won nothing.
