What do you mean? You can just come to Japan and buy gold. It takes much shipping cost or others to ask others in Japan to buy gold.

Hello there Tyler,
May I ask why you wish to purchase gold from Japan? The reason I am asking is because you would have to pay higher premiums than if you buy them in your city, or estate (or country).
Keep in mind that you should buy gold for the GOLD, not for the looks of it...why pay more, when you can pay less in your country and get the same amount of gold?
