Iv visited both cities recently, Dublin has its charms and there is plenty to do , However i found Belfast with its new titanic exhibition to be absolutely outstanding , Both cities are very friendly and people really should visit both cities if they can. My vote is for Belfast, but Dublin is a very a very close second.

I was in Dublin for the weekend a couple of weeks ago - had a great time! Never been to Belfast, but i've heard it's also a pretty good city to visit for a weekend - and I heard that from Dubliners!

Residing in a wide bay, Dublin lies between Howth in the north and the headland of Dalkey to the south and the River Liffey split the city in two making from this town an interesting city that you will have the possibility with hotelbye to go to it. Dublin has provided the world such famous fictional like: Yeats, Beckett, Joyce, Shaw, and Wilde. Dublin was a UNESCO City of Literature this season therefore is definitely an fascinating city to go to particularly when you intend to visit Bewley's Oriental Café ;.Many might claim that Bewley's Oriental Café is the gem in the crown. Bewley's Oriental Café is an institution that was built-in 1927.

Definitely Dublin. The nightlife is great whether you want to go to the theatre, the bars, a quiet restaurant or the greyhound racing. There's so much to do there. I call it a homely version of New York. Belfast is lovely but it hasn't got the cosy, friendly atmosphere.

i does no longer study the two. Belfast has type. Edit: Oooh. needless to say a minimum of two Dubs do no longer basically like the reality. it is not basically Belfast that compares itself to Dublin, each village, city & city on the island does via fact all of us comprehend we will pop out of it looking stable.
