Write what makes you a good fit for the job, what qualities you have over other applicants. If you're qualified for certain (relevant) things, for example. I wouldn't write what you want in a future career, unless you plan on sticking with that job for years to come. A better idea would be something like "career driven, looking for any opportunity to advance myself in the workplace, both personally and professionally".
In all honesty, the best thing would be to go and get some decent A levels or a trade. Straight leaving school at 16 doesn't leave many options outside of low pay, unskilled labour. And nobody wants to do that for a living...

CV writers play a significant role in promoting you as well as your profile. They shape the profile in such a way that it grabs the attention of the industry experts. The CV has few appropriate rules and your CV needs to be turned up with hopes and needs of a recruiter this will be offered to. Even though it can be the really unpredictable and tough part in making a decision about what are the actual needs and how a recruiter will select from the dozens of CV he might get, the professional or expert CV writers have the extremely good idea of where they can put the good things in the CV.
