EDIT cookies are left on your computer when you visit sites. You should dump them now and then. However it means you have sign back in to EVERY account you have.
your cookies should be in the menu related to your browser..

If you're defaulting to the Recommended tab, clear your cookies. That should put you back to the open questions.
It worked for me.
EDIT: Cookies are like markers that a website inserts into your computer to track your internet activity... or something. Find your Tools or History option on the toolbar. From there you should be able to find something like "clear browsing history". There will be an option in there to clear your cookies. The method is different for each search engine (Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox, whatever) so I can't tell you exactly where to look.
