What is the pc equivilent of the mac cmd button on a key board?

I was given a mac computer by a friend without the keyboard. So I use a wireless pc keyboard. I am trying change some settings and stuff and the directions say i need to press the cmd button at the same time as the letter S. I am just wondering what the cmd button on the pc keyboard.

Any help would be greatly appriciated
