Can I freeze baby food purees made out of home canned green beans?
I have home canned green beans and I want to make some baby food purees while I am at home this winter. Can I freeze pureed green beans after canned? I freeze in ice cube trays and then transfer to ziplock freezer bags.

I'm sure you can. We've frozen pureed carrots and cut green beans. Canned foods are safe to eat after being frozen if that was your concern. Maybe it might affect the taste a little, but probably not a big deal - you could probably add a little butter, salt or other spices if you were concerned.
