What is the locked rotor current in a computer case fan?

What type of motor does a typical 12-cm computer case fan use, and what's the locked rotor current in relation to the normal current when operating at maximum speed?

I have a broken fan in my PC that I cannot replace just yet and I'm wondering how much current the fan motor is pulling, since the fan is not moving.

Techies might know, but you're not saying if the fan is AC or DC.

You might see data on a label, or on the hub.

The fan could be thermally protected and draw no current if it has overheated, unless the TP resets automatically.

For an AC fan LRA is typically 6X RLA.

Running without the fan sounds risky.
