The blind guy with the white stick or the cops who taiser'd him mistaking his white stick for a samurai sword?

All i can say is that its a good job that the cops only had taiser guns and not real ones, Judging by their trigger happy attack on a blind man who they thought was carrying a samurai sword which turned out to be a white stick. Perhaps the cops ought to have their eyes tested?

the stupid asshole copper who taiser'd him .more like a trigger happy git than a copper, hope the blind guy sues the police force ,and the trigger happy cop gets his books
