Setting up an FTP to stream video?

I'm looking to set up an FTP server, with a DNS through no-ip.com, using Filezilla, and a firewall.

Having a bit of trouble getting everything configured through Filezilla. There's not really a good tutorial on using no-ip and Filezilla together, even after some searching through different videos, and explanations through forums.

    FTP will not stream a video, its a file transfer protocol, so if you want to move the file, fine, that's what FTP does. You need an application like VLC to stream video content. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html
