How do I get others email , to talk to them if they need any more help?

Go to your profile by clicking on your avatar or <my activity> at the top of this page, click "edit my preferences", click "privacy & communications" at the top, scroll down to "The Answers Community can contact me" near the bottom, enable mail and/or IM contact, hit "submit".

Then click on the avatar of the user you would like to get in touch with, and if they allow contact, use the link provided right there.

Note: never openly post your real mail address on YA or anywhere else on the net as that would only be inviting spam - the internal YA mail system hides your real mail address...:-)
