Thumbs up and thumbs down has a new format -do you like it?

Yes, I do very much like it however, I don't see the point of it if they don't let other as well as the asker see the ratings. Basically they just show thumbs up and down, that's all no other added details.

However, not all users have that feature. They are given out to random users due to they are testing. So, some users will have that feature while other may not. More about the new Feature:
