What about qustions sent to a vote during Answer Dash?
Practically all the questions I answer are send for voting by the asker. Are they still considered for best answers during this contest?

No, if they are still in voting when the contest ends they won't count. They have to be selected as Best Answer during the 96 hour time frame.
