Windows 8 - Torrents?
Guys...you need to stay away from all the Windows 8 torrents. For the most part (99.9) are fake and you can end with a trojans or a virus. I am not a MIcrosoft Flag Waiver, but you can get a full version for only $40.00. Why risk you computer and breaking the law for $40.00.
For myself, I will keep with Windows 7 for a few months after what I hear and see what people are saying firsthand before I go with Windows 8. I got burned with Vista, and don't want to do it again.

Use TorrentRover to find your torrent files. If you're worried about privacy, there is an option (Preferences/Other/Anonymouse) to run all searches and downloads through a proxy to protect your identity. Plus it's free. Run PeerBlock when downloading torrents. It will protect your IP address. Get a good torrent client. I suggest uTorrent.
