Is it OK for dogs to have turkey meat?

There may be some leftovers from thanksgiving and, although I'm certain the dog will lunge at it, I don't want him to get sick (I never see turkey flavored dog food, dog treats, etc so wondering if there is something about turkey not being good for dogs).

Too much turkey is bad and the dog can get sick. But a little bit is fine. Many vets end up with dogs/cats in their offices with stomach problems a few days after Thanksgiving or Christmas due to people giving them stuff they are not used to.

Only white meat turkey is OK. The dark meat and skin can give a dog pancreatitis and should never be given to dogs.

    It's fine.

I mix some turkey and broth with my dogs food and I've never had any issues. It'll be ok.

A little turkey is fine, just make sure not to give him any skin (too fatty).

Yes a little bit should be fine, DON'T give any cooked bones though, that can be very expensive mistake.

Yes. They can eat any meat, but just make sure that it's cooked, not raw, if it is raw then they will get very sick.
