Help, not sure what's happening?

So I'm adjusting my sleep schedule for a new job that I start tomorrow. I got 4 hours sleep yesterday morning and woke up with a hunger feeling even tho I did eat earlier on. Slept 2 more hours then got up to drive to my parents for dinner. I got cold sweats out of nowhere and when I got to my parents I was so nauseated. I took a mayloxx tab which sort of helped. I ate then slept 2 more hours. Still nauseated then I got a sudden migraine out of no where. I can feel it in my neck and teeth that's how bad. I have no insurance so I'm not going to the doctor. I also have like an acid reflux thing going on. It's honestly starting to freak me out since I don't usually get nauseated until after I get the migraine. Does anyone have advice or suggestions? Stomach bug, normal migraine, nerves, etc.?

Update:

I'm on a third shift sleep schedule unfortunately. My parents are sleeping or I would've called them. I'm going to try the ice method on my head/neck but my stomachs still in knots. I just want to cry.

I would at least try to wait it out. Stay away from noise and light, drink lots of water, maybe you're a little dehydrated. If needed, try calling one of your parents, they probably have some remedies you could use.
