Will it fit in this bag? I really don't understand the measurements.

I know it's not a telescope bag, but it claims to be durable...plus, proper cases for the size of my telescope are very expensive and difficult to find.

Yes.
But at that price, don't expect iy to last very long.
I suspect it was only intended for light weight things like raincoats and bed sheets etc.

Yes, it will fit, but I don't see the point because this bag provides absolutely no protection for your telescope. The bags designed for carrying telescopes are made of Cordura and lined with foam, so they are rugged and protect the scope from bumps.
Incidentally, I have owned 25 telescopes and have only ever owned two carrying cases, which I've hardly ever used, maybe two or three times in 55 years. The best way to transport a telescope is to handle it very carefully, and belt it into the back seat of your car with a seat belt. Telescopes are fragile, and no case will really protect them.
