How do I make sure that Randy goes back to the year 2000 on the internet - and stays there?

This guy must have over 100 accounts.I have delete his question over 500 times,he gets suspended and back with another account. In the begging I thought he was just an annoying troll but this guy must have some serious retardation.The funny thing is I know how he can view what he wants but he can suck my dick

@DrDave.....I have asked Yahoo why they just won't ban his IP and they replied that if there are multi users on that household therefore all using the same IP is not fair for the rest to be banned too so I guess we have to wait till he's tired of making new accounts

The dimwit doesn't realize all he is doing is strengthening my report credibility lol. My only wonder is why Yahoo puts up with it. He can't have that many different I.P.s. Sometimes I wonder if it isn't Yahoo itself doing it.
