Whats the name of this 80's skateboard movie?
This old lady is getting her electric meter read by this coke bottle glasses wearing meter reader who is a jerk. A kid about 17 then gives him a glass of fish bowl water and a gold fish and he drinks it thinking its lemon aide while the kid sneaks out back and turns the meter back. Old lady thanks him and gives him a magicians skateboard and he puts a motor on it and a ferrari hood in front then it gets hit by lightning and comes to life and talks. What is this movie?
