Does anyone have a Wii U yet?

Will anyone give an unbiased review on their Wii U? I'm just curious to how it is as a console.

Update:

I know they're not difficult to find, I was just wondering who had picked one up yet.

    I own a Wii U Deluxe.

    Pros:

It comes with Nintendo Land (not as good as Wii Sports) nor as revolutionary

Mario U <-- much like the Wii version

It has a lot of potentially good games coming out soon!

The handheld game controller is convenient, works as a TV remote control

You can also play some games portably

The sensor bar is the same as the Wii

    Backwards compatible to Wii games

Video chat and other cool apps

I compare the system to a Giant Nintendo DS, so expect the same blown up version of it

Transferring all your old Wii data over was surprisingly easy!

    Cons:

    The operating system is slow

The touch screen pad is a far cry from a tablet (touch capabilities) only one finger on it at a time, no multi-touch use

The apps take awhile to load...

Dated technology as far as graphics / sound

The battery life on the game pad last about 3 hours till it needs a charge

I am a huge Nintendo fan, so those are your pro's and con's (unbiased).

They're not that hard to find. I was at best buy yesterday, and I saw the 1 black and 1 white on the display floor, and nobody was picking it up.

Gamestop.com is taking orders for them. I placed an order last week, and it's supposed to arrive this Thursday.

All reviews are biased because its just a person's opinion facts won't really help you since you already know the facts like backward compatibility, touch screen, hd, blah blah blah.

I only have 2 games: Mario u and NintendoLand.

So far, I am not impressed. Mario u isn't anything new. It's just a mishmash if other mario games.

The screen pad has potential but the wii u should allow for more than 1. The pad would be great for madden. Each player can choose his play in privacy or customize routes.

I got one and I definitely loved it. It's fun to communicate with one and another at the miiverse, the online is terrific, the controller is surprisingly comfortable to play and very fun to play as well. the library of games I really enjoy and from what I can tell, the graphics look slightly better than the ps3 and 360. The flaws I can think of is that you can't install games so the loading times on every game I played so far are pretty long, the hard drive is pretty short even if you buy the deluxe set so you're going to have to rely on SD cards and USB ports to keep your games in.

No, not buying it until Nintendo can make a HD Zelda game or an HD Super Smash bros. game. It's not worht the money right now for current gen tech. Get a PS3 for now.
