How Many Grams Of Fat Should I be Eating to Loose Weight?
I am using My Fitness Pal it has me set up on 1,600 calories a day with a total of 248 carbs and 20 saturated fat. I looked into that and all is great and close to what I show a woman should have but with fat it has me at 59g is this high? because I have been reading around it says to have only 30 grams of fat in weight loss, I would figure MFP would know that as its a weight loss helping app. Should I stick to what MFP says or change it to 30 grams? I also read that in order to burn fat you need to have fat, is this true as well? thanks for your help

I would stick to what MFP says. I am using that site too and it is working very well for me. You need the fat in your diet.
