Yes, others have noticed this. It often happens when YA is tweaking code, which they obviously have been. What may be happening is that some of the servers are going off-line for updates - and the status of the question is changing during that time. Which may affect the finalizing of the voting and causing the question to get stuck. Usually, at some point after updating code, staff will run a kind of "sweeper" program through the system to clear up things that are stuck in the wrong place. But that may not happen for a while, so those may be stuck there for some time. You can always report it as a BUG on the Suggestion Board on the ABOUT tab, where staff may see it and add it to their "To Do" list.

Already spoke back so i will take the bonus. i'm the MS guy who reported the Cardinals. they're the main known group up right here interior the northwestern area of the state (the Memphis metro area). yet statewide the Braves, and specific the Astros, are greater known. we've a lot of erroneous human beings in this state. i'm shocked there are greater pink Sox followers properly far off from Boston than the different group has followers a ways far off from their dwelling house city. additionally, 12 followers in long island, yet no Mets votes yet? this is tremendously concepts-blowing.
