How to custom top and bottom margins in Ms word 2010?

When i right click 'paragraph' it only shows left and right margins..

    Go to Page Layout tab, Page Setup group and click on Margins icon. Yon can click on one of the suggested margins or go to the bottom of the list and select Custom Margins.

    You can also get to the Page Setup dialog box by double clicking in the top half of the Ruler

    You can go to File then page set up. At there, you can set the margins in four directions.

    Take your mouse pointer to the perfect of the web page and it would want to replace personality and prepare a double arrow and the words, "prepare white area". click left and the margins will reappear. (Woed 2003)
