    If you are Muslim, then it is against the law for you to buy it.

    OTOH, Non-Muslims and foreigners are required to get a "consumption permit" issued by Provincial Governments and Islamabad.

    Good luck with that one. Consumption of alcohol is against the Islamic religion. Try to find an American or British or NATO army base and perhaps they'd allow you to buy some boos.
