What does it mean when keeping dreaming the same guy every night?

So there's this guy. Lets call him... Ty. I have been in like/hate with him for 5 years, and if the question of do I really hate him at all presented itself, I happily ignored it. The phrases opposites attract doesn't even come close to describing us. We're both stubborn, confident, EXTREMLY competitive, and I know that if we dated it would never work. But this year, in high school, he is my first period even though he is a year older than me. I can't take it! When he is around my brain doesnt even function right! I can't focus in class, and pretty soon my GPA will slip. I've been having dreams about him every freaking night and Im losing sleep which hurts my grade more! Please help out!!!
