If he really doesn't see what he did wrong, he might be a bit of a player, or just not mature enough to be in a relationship. If you really, really can't stand breaking up with him, explain to him what he did and give him time to understand. If he doesn't, your best bet is to break up with him.

Baby girl, you gotta understand, dudes be likin' to look at b*tches from time to time. That's just how it goes.
Hell, there's even a chance he's gonna be thinkin' about that girl while he's beatin' them cheeks, but that don't mean he don't care for you. We just like thinkin' we hittin' something we not every once in a while.
At the end of the day, a dude being in a relationship doesn't magically make all the other bitties in the world unattractive, you feel me?
