Are employers required by law to mail out W2's to their former employees?

    Yes, they're required to send you a w-2 for the reason that you labored for them final year. They must ship it right to your condominium quickly; if no longer i would call the manufacturer you labored for and tell them you haven't but recieved it.

    most usually do but they have til Jan 31st to get it to you . Happy Holidays
