If it doesn't hurt i would leave it alone, popping it could cause infection. If you nudist any pain or heaviness in your balls, like a dull ache any other changes i would go to your GP, but other than that just leave it be, Pop it if you must but that's your personal choice. If it doesn't go away, or changes and starts to hurt again i would go to your GP. Remember to check your balls regularly, try it once a month like is women with our breasts. After a warm showers, roll your ball between your first fingers and thumb, gently roll it around, do this with both balls, and the with the skin that attaches to your actual shaft. Better to be safe than sorry. Any hard lumps that doesn't feel personally right to you best to get the checked. And just some advise don't go looking for symptoms on the net they always give a worse case and is quite distressing and worrying.

Easy way to fix an ingrown hair is to take a sterilized needle or pin and use the tip to puncture the top layer of the skin and coax out the curled up hair. Once it is pulled out, it will heal up quickly. If there is a bit of infection, apply some peroxide to clean it out, then a tiny dab of neosporin to heal it up.
