Get a volunteer position at the local animal shelter and talk to vets in your area to see if they will mentor a highschool student who wants to be a vet. Your grades are good and if you can make them better that will help you get into OSU. Go to their website and see if it will show you the requisite classes in undergrad to get admission to the vet school. Some time spent planning along with dreaming about your future will make you a realistic dreamer and turn success into a possibility. Go for it!

I've located that holistic vet care is going hand in hand with conventional vet care. My puppy sees each a "consistent" vet and a holistic vet. If I had been on your role, I might traditionally take a urine pattern to the consistent vet and spot if they may be able to discover out what the hindrance is. It could also be some thing as sensible as a urinary tract illness. A sensible urinalysis should not be too high priced and can a minimum of supply you a establishing factor. Then you'll deal with it holistically in the event you decide upon. Might be competent to save lots of your self a shuttle to the holistic vet. Or, by the point you get your appointment with the holistic vet your puppy could also be feeling bigger and you'll preserve the appointment and simply use it as a session to look if there are some other matters you'll/must be doing.

You need to earn a bachelors degree to apply to vet school. Vet schools do not ask or care about high school grades, only college. In college, keep up the high GPA and take the pre-vet classes, offered at most 4-year colleges and universities.

Schedule an appointment with your high school's guidance counselor - I'm sure they have the time to help you look up generalized information like admissions requirements online, since every college lists them on their website.
